Programs are invoiced over a 3 or 5-week period (depending on the program). Each invoice denotes service dates and hours which equates to completion times of the program. Dates for complimentary driving lessons do not appear on invoices as they do not form part of the NDIS claim. Once purchased, participants have lifetime access to the program resources.
