We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We only disclose your data to third parties:

- To contracted health or allied professionals directly assisting with your care.
- When legally required to report child safety concerns, severe abuse, or imminent safety threats to the police or the NDIS Commission.

We store your records securely using encrypted cloud servers and secure physical filing. Only authorised staff members have restricted access to your files on a need-to-know basis. We retain records for the legal periods mandated under Australian disability laws and securely destroy or permanently de-identify files once they are no longer required.
