Who your participant will work with.
Every practitioner is a registered allied health practitioner, such as an occupational therapist, developmental educator, speech pathologist, social worker or psychologist, registered with AHPRA or accredited by their professional body.
Every program is quality checked, and if progress goes backwards, a senior clinician reviews it before the next session.

An Outcome Report you can read at a glance.
Within 5 working days of the final session: scores at the start and end on the program's 5 domains, the participant's goal rated Achieved, Progressed or Not yet, and the practitioner's observation notes. Written in NDIS functional capacity language.
Every domain is reported, including any that didn't move, with a recommended next step and the participant's own words.

Coordinator questions
Can NDIA-managed participants use Impact6?
Yes. Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans are all accepted.
How are cancellations charged?
Cancellations with less than 2 business days' notice are charged, as the NDIS Pricing Arrangements allow. Provider travel is charged where it applies. Both are set out in the service agreement. For a participant under 18, a parent or carer must be present for the whole of every session; if no adult is there, the session is charged the same way.
Do you have any referral arrangements with coordinators?
No. We pay no referral fees and have no commercial links with coordinators.
What if the plan doesn't have the right budget?
We tell you straight away, and nothing is charged until it's sorted. The plan check shows which budget pays.
Do you send a quote?
Yes, if you need one. Tick “Email me a quote as well” on the referral and we'll send a PDF with the support items, hours and price.
