The Empowered Employment Program is designed for NDIS participants who want to move toward employment but need support building practical skills and confidence. Many neurodivergent young adults have experienced repeated rejection and setbacks. This program rebuilds that belief — one step at a time. Ideal for participants with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability who want to explore employment but haven’t found success through traditional programs.
