Our Story
We started because we saw a gap — and we knew we could fill it.
Capacity Builders began with a simple observation: many NDIS participants with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and psychosocial conditions weren't finding the right support to develop life skills. Existing programs weren't designed with their needs in mind. So we decided to build something better.

We started with self-paced online learning and practical support like driving lessons — removing barriers to learning and letting people develop skills on their own schedule, at their own pace.
Today, we've supported more than 10,000 clients across Australia through five tailored, evidence-based programs built specifically for neurodivergent learners. Every program is built on one belief: people deserve the right support to develop genuine independence.
