Capacity Builders is a team of dynamic professionals located around Australia. We have a diverse mix of skills drawing on experience from the not-for-profit, corporate, media and government sectors.

Who We Serve
Capacity Builders serves not-for-profit organsiations. In our experience, we have found these organisations usually have the right mix of people, passion and purpose, but often a lack of resources and strategy at some levels limits total effectiveness.
We exist to support those organisations and people whose mission we genuinely believe in – those who are passionate and have a genuine need.
How We Work
Capacity Builders provides strategic advice so that organisations are free to do what they are called to. We come into an organisation as third-party observers. We take the time to listen and learn from a diverse range of people – from directors and board members, to staff and donors, to volunteers and 'customers'.
Then we develop custom-fit strategies to build an organisation’s capacity. This empowers staff and volunteers to go ahead and implement the strategy. In addition, professional supervision and coaching can be tailored to empower this process.
We have a proven track record of journeying with clients to see their strategies come to life.
