Capacity Builders is a team of dynamic Christian professionals located around Australia, with a head office in Melbourne. We are committed to working with Christian organisations, businesses and churches to bring clarity to their God-given role in the Kingdom.
We have a diverse mix of skills drawing on experience from the not-for-profit, corporate, media and government sectors. We support those organisations and people whose vision we genuinely believe in – those who are passionate and have a genuine need.

How We Work
Capacity Builders provides strategic advice so that organisations are free to do what they are called to. We come into an organisation as third-party observers. We take the time to listen and learn from a diverse range of people – from directors and board members, to staff and donors, to volunteers and 'customers'.
Then we develop custom-fit strategies to build an organisation’s capacity. This empowers staff and volunteers to go ahead and implement the strategy. In addition, professional supervision and coaching can be tailored to empower this process.
